- John Jones resided in Boone County, Kentucky in 1800 and in 1810 he was listed as still residing in Boone County, where he held eleven enslaved. In 1821, he was appointed a Trustee of the East Bend Church, located in the southwestern end of Boone County, along the Ohio River.
