Biography
Martha Jane White gave a 1865 affidavit for the pension application of Mary Riddell Price, the widow of Uriah Price. She was invited to the 1850 marriage of Uriah and Mary at the home of Margaret Rice, slaveholder to Mary, but was ill. Mrs. White's affidavit also named the children of Uriah and Mary as well as the officiant of their marriage, Joseph Black. She was the wife of Robert White.
