Archelous Alloway served as a Justice of the Peace of Boone County in 1803. In a note following Archelous Alloway's deed that Polley was delivered to John Alloway "...in the name of the whole Negroes, goods, Chattles, household stuff, etc. sold in the presence of us..." Deed was written and filed on 7 Mar 1807.
