Located on South Orient Street in Burlington, the Dr. Crisler House is a well-preserved frame dwelling that exhibits a cross-gabled tin roof and an inset corner porch. Contained in the rear ell is a log pen, which faces Metts Lane. The house contains the best ensemble of domestic outbuildings in Burlington, a remarkable frame privy with lancet-archer windows.
