Florence Christian Church Building (Florence, Ky.)
Located on the corner of U.S. 25 and U.S. 42, the first Florence Christian Church building was constructed of logs in 1831. The church was rebuilt in 1835 and again in 1964. John Uri Lloyd recounted a battle fought around the Florence Christian and Florence Baptist churches during the Civil War.
