Fowler, Jacob
In 1796 Fowler was appointed Campbell County Deputy Sheriff. In 1810 Jacob Fowler was in Newport, Campbell, Kentucky with one known enslaved. The 1820 census shows Jacob Fowler with nine known enslaved. In 1830 Jacob Fowler was known to have eight enslaved in Campbell County, Kentucky. Jacob Fowler died Oct 16, 1849. His death was reported in the Covington Journal Newspaper.

The 1820 Campbell County, Kentucky census shows Leonard Stephens with two known enslaved. Leonard Stephens was known to have six enslaved in the 1830 Campbell County, Kentucky census. The 1840, 1850 and 1860 census records show Leonard Stephens living in Kenton, Kentucky. His occupation is farmer. In 1870 Leonard was living in Florence, Boone, Kentucky.

Wayman, Aaron
Aaron Wayman married Rosanna Gaar in Virginia in 1803 and had migrated to Campbell County, Kentucky by 1810. Wayman died in 1850 and is buried in the Aaron Wayman Cemetery in Independence, Kenton County, Kentucky.
