Sand Run Baptist Church Building (Francisville, Ky.) Part of the Francisville community near Hebron, the Sand Run Baptist Church has had a long history within the county. The church and it's adjoining cemetery are still active today. Following is an excerpt from the History of Sand Run Baptist Church, Boone County, Kentucky by Robert E. Kirtley, 1876: “Sand Run Church was constituted on the 20th of March, 1819, with seventy-eight members, fifty-five white and twenty-three colored […] During the early history of this young church, her discipline both formative and corrective, was most excellent. She sought out and brought into active exercise the gifts of her members. Men of business capacity were appointed to attend to business. Men that could sing were called on to exercise their gifts. Men that could talk to edification and comfort were encouraged in that work.”

St. Patrick's Catholic Church Building (Verona, Ky.) During the 1850s the town of Verona became the center of the largest Irish community in Boone County. The heart of the Irish Community was St. Patrick's Catholic Church, founded circa 1850.

Parsons, Milly Milly, described in legal documents as a "black woman," was received by experience as a member of the Middle Creek Baptist Church on February 13th, 1818. Larkin Ryle accused Milly of adultery in February 1830, and she was subsequently excluded from the church in March 1830. The same Milly, spelled in church documents as "Mily" and being described as being owned by "Ben Stephens," was also listed as a member of the Dry Creek Baptist Church, though no date was given.Milly is the likely mother of Nancy and of Jane Stephens White. In the 1852 will of Benjamin Stephens Jr., she was alloted to his widow. In 1870, Milly lived in Rising Sun, and was married to Daniel Parsons. She died there in 1878.

Burlington Baptist Church Building (Burlington, Ky.) The Burlington Baptist Church is situated off of KY 18 in Burlington. The first meeting to form the church was held on November 4, 1842 at the home of Squire G. Scott. On Tuesday, December 13, 1842, Burlington Baptist Church was constituted with twenty members.

Florence Baptist Church Building 2 (Boone County, Ky.) The church originally occupied a corner at the intersection of U.S. 25, Dixie Highway and Main Street. After more than a hundred years and a variety of building additions, the church eventually relocated to its current building on Mt. Zion Road, near I-75.
