Biography: Stroder was mentioned in the 1851 appraisal which valued them at $100. They were not mentioned in a will, but nevertheless they were assigned to Henry S. Stuck's widow, Harriet Stuck. Stroder was included in the 1859 inventory of the estate of Harriet Stuck, "slave Stroder," valued at $600.
