Sited at the northwest corner of Burlington, the Willis Graves House is a center-passage, double-pile brick residence in the Federal style, characterized by simple design and fine proportions. The house was constructed circa 1830 and features a recessed main entrance which is centered on the five-bay facade. The brick is laid in Flemish bond, with jack arches over the facade bays.

Willis Graves served as Boone County Clerk during the 1810s and 1820s. The Graves House is now a bed-and-breakfast inn.
