Bedinger, Benjamin Franklin II According to his will, he was the nephew of Benjamin Franklin Bedinger Sr. (1797-1871). He is shown as living in the household of his uncle in the 1850 U.S. census. In his will, he bequeaths a slave to his cousin Benjamin Franklin Bedinger Jr. (1843-1868) and one to the wife of his cousin George M. Bedinger (1826-1906).

Bedinger, Benjamin Franklin Sr. The 1850 census lists Benj F Bedinger in District Two, Boone County, Kentucky with his wife and children. He states he was born in Kentucky about 1797. His occupation is farmer. In 1860 B F Bedinger is living in Walton, Boone County, Kentucky and his occupation is physician and farmer. The 1870 census shows Benjamine Bedinger living in Western Reserve, Kenton County, Kentucky with his wife.
