Refuge Holiness Tabernacle Building (Burlington, Ky.)
Around the turn of the century, the original structure was taken by fire. It was later rebuilt in 1914, and flourished for more than 20 years. The congragation went through changes in the late 1930s, and disbanded. In 1956, a new congregation renovated the building and met there until it was demolished for the construction of I-275 in 1970. The congregation relocated nearby, and still meets in its current Hebron location

First Universalist Church Building (Burlington, Ky.)
The First Universalist Church was organized in the 1840s and was originally located on East Bend Road, near Waterloo. In 1851, the congregation hosted the Kentucky State Convention of Universalists. In 1876, a new church location was established in Burlington. Both locations were active for a short period of time, but the Burlington location soon became the only meeting house for the congregation.

Burlington Methodist Episcopal Church Building (Burlington, Ky.)
Built in 1837, this church is a single-story Greek Revival-Gothic Revival transitional building. It has a gable roof and gable-end orientation; single-stage belfry on the ridgeline above the main entrance on the facade. The three-bay facade has a centered entrance and bay spacing articulated by pilasters; fenestration on the facade is flat-topped, lancet arched on the side elevations, with religions art glass. There is a 1-story addition on the rear, east elevation (National Register Nomination).

The Burlington Baptist Church is situated off of KY 18 in Burlington. The first meeting to form the church was held on November 4, 1842 at the home of Squire G. Scott. On Tuesday, December 13, 1842, Burlington Baptist Church was constituted with twenty members.
